Are your products customizable?
Currently, our products are not customizable. However, we welcome requests for custom illustrations! These can be created for a one-time custom order (with a tailored quote) or integrated into our shop for general sale. If your illustration becomes part of our collection, you'll receive a discount code and can purchase the product you envisioned.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card through Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

What are your order processing times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! While we have customers worldwide, most of our orders come from the USA and Europe.
